Creating a lifetime of change...

Weddings are such glorious events! The union of two souls in marriage is a tradition that dates back before recorded history. An affirmation of life and unity occurs during each ceremony. I cannot deny the feelings of joy and excitement. Husband and wife are beginning a new chapter in their lives. Their future may contain the occasional bumps and potholes, but there will always be happy moments as well. Getting through those tough times makes the laughter and smiles sweeter – wouldn’t you agree?

Hmm - I don't know sometimes the tough times can be gotten through and sometimes not. I think if you make it through with love and respect then it is good, great even. But if one or both partners withdraw and do not work through things well then not a recipe for sucess.

Yeah but that is why you work on things before marriage. Finding your soul mate sounds so perfect, but it is never that way. Marriage is not something to be jumped into. I just can't fathom getting married without knowing it is "a recipe for success" first.

I don't think there is such a thing as a "recipe for success". people and life are too fluid, too many things can change. Any relationship is a risk and that just is what it is.

I agree that everything is a trial but I really believe that the good in people will overcome. If a wife and husband can always treat each other with respect and kindness there is no reason that problems can't be resolved. Don't you agree?

I couldn't have said it any better Angel.

The good will only overcome the bad if people allow it to. Sometimes the biggest obstacle is yourself.
